Live Chat For Dental Websites

Live Dental Chat Staffing

Are You Losing Dental Patients?
How many potential patients visit your website each month?  Do you attract the same number of new patients?  As you are reading this, there are potential patients browsing your website and looking into your services.

The problem is that even when you manage to attract visitors to your site, statistically, 97% of people will exit your website if their questions are not answered quickly and easily. The solution: Live Dental Chat

Live Dental Chat reduces abandoned opportunities in 3 ways:

  1. Engage current and prospective patients with a live, knowledgeable, U.S. based chat sales agent specifically trained in the dental industry.
  2. Capture patient data online while answering basic questions.
  3. Funnel this data instantly to your front office support staff so they can call and schedule an appointment. The Dentist is also copied on this, so the ROI can be easily tracked.

How Live Dental Chat impacts your dental practice:

  1. Maximizes website conversion potential
  2. Does not increase dental office support staff
  3. Circumvents email and phone wait times
  4. Provides a full-time service for much less than a part-time employee
  5. Increases new patient revenue

Patient Benefits:

  1. Increases their online satisfaction and customer service experience
  2. Humanizes their web browsing experience
  3. Promotes loyalty to the dentist and their practice

“After lecturing for 10 years in regards to digital technology for dental offices, I have seen a lot of new technology come and go. It takes a lot to impress me. 1. Las Vegas Dentist Says:

The SEO company that works for us recently added a live chat feature to our dental site, and the response has been tremendous. It has only been up for a short time, so we are waiting to see how much it impacts our practice.

  2. Dentist Victoria TX Says:

The live chat is a great feature to have on your site. Anytime you can have engaging contact with a dental prospect the more likely they are to be come a patient.

  3. Amy H. Says:

Wow this is really amazing. As an aspiring dentist this is something that I may have on my website. I was introduced to this by some Los Angeles dentists that I recently met while on an internship. I love how it allows me to connect with real dental prospects rather than just someone who accidentally landed on my page.

  4. Dentist in Fremont Ca Says:

Love this website. I am excited to use it as a place for reference. Thank you for an amazing site to show people.

  6. george Says:

My other question is i might want to do both top and bottom roll teeth can i order the mold kit from a web site and do it at home then send it back and get my veneers mailed to me like a full roll of veneer caps? and how much .i did see a ad and it was under 700.00$ for top and bottom including at home mold kit is this a scam?should i feel safe to order sumting so expenceif over the web?

  7. The Visible Dentist Says:

    Umm George,

You will need to speak with your dentist about getting porcelain veneers. They’re not a ‘product’ that you purchase online, then ‘install’ at home. :)

Besides, this is a dental marketing blog, not live chat with a dentist.
